Heroic Rescue: Dog Saved from Floodwaters by Brave Bystanders

Incredible footage shows a group of friends bravely risking their own safety to save a dog stranded in floodwaters. Emre KILIÇASLAN, the person filming, recounted, "After the flood hit Sinop, Turkey, my friends and I spotted a puppy clinging to debris. One misstep could have led us to fall into the sea, but we couldn't abandon the dog." They devised a plan using a longboard to form a human chain, successfully retrieving the dog. After cleaning and feeding it, they brought it to the nearest animal shelter. This remarkable rescue was filmed on August 11, 2021, and quickly garnered nearly 100K views on Twitter.
