The ACT has a new deputy chief minister, with long-serving cabinet minister Rachel Stephen-Smith promoted to replace Yvette Berry. Ms Berry resigned last week over the findings of a bombshell integrity commission report. The reshuffle has also seen a first-term backbencher become a minister and the redistribution of some key portfolios.
