00:02So we have something called the grid which we look at at the beginning of the week and that
00:07tells us who's going to be on that week so then we'll go through the grid and see who has
00:12what
00:13already on their rails and who needs more and then go from there really. And it doesn't change quite
00:19last minute so we'll be like oh so-and-so's coming in we need to check if she's got enough
00:22clothes and
00:24yeah it can be hectic. So most of the women have their kind of section in the wardrobe room
00:31so they all have about half a rail each that we kind of work towards so we replenish it regularly
00:38we borrow stuff we buy stuff so everyone has a to-be-worn section and a worn section and then
00:44certain people will wear things a couple of times two three times some people they have a faster
00:52turnaround that they're on more or we need more stock so it just varies really depending on the
00:57week and depending on the woman. A show like this they're not actors they're themselves you know
01:06they're so it has to they have to feel comfortable in what they're wearing and reflect their personalities
01:12so if somebody has an idea of what suits them already that gives us a really good starting
01:15point so and we can encourage them to try you know different things or new shapes but it's always
01:22much more helpful if someone understands their own style. Linda Robinson would when we first started
01:29working with her yeah she's it's a confidence thing I think yeah Linda so she was always in a scarf
01:36covered up covered up yeah and now she's embracing new things so that's been really nice to see
01:46Nadia I think yeah she's embracing her body shape and curves she kind of shows them off now rather
01:55than tries to kind of wear baggy stuff to cover them which is you know it's much more flattering
02:00actually yeah and she's like experimental with colours and styles I think she's having fun with
02:05action she really trusts us I think yeah she'll wear anything yeah we tell me ask her to try she'll

02:11which is really nice so it's hard to think back until you see old footage yeah oh my gosh look

02:20they look like it's quite funny for a long time wasn't a fan of trousers and now that's right wears
02:26trousers and a blazer she'll wear now yeah trousers suit we got her in a suit last summer this summer

02:32yeah that whereas she went from just wanting a dress every day because I think it was comfortable
02:38comfortable and easy and as the anchor you don't have to worry you literally just put it on nothing
02:43moves you can just do your job and not worry because that's very important for the anchor not to feel
02:48that they're fiddling and distracted they just need to concentrate on their job so we have to arm them to
02:55feel that they can do that we just have to see them as they come out of the dressing room
03:01and they
03:01go off to do their meeting and try and quickly scan them and make sure no one's you know got
03:07an
03:07emergency I mean yesterday Ruth came out of the dressing room and their dress was like down here
03:10so I had to quickly sew it up before she went on so that sort of thing happens quite a
03:15lot or in the
03:16program yesterday the day before Ruth was all ready to go she loved her outfit and then she sprayed
03:22on some perfume and it left like it splattered on her shirt so she was like oh help I had
03:27to whip it off
03:28wash it put something else on but I don't know rituals not really a ritual no some of them do
03:34their little videos afterwards and we get to do them I like doing them yeah I like my outfit today
03:38let's do it let's do an outfit you know video but no we just we always give them a check
03:42like yeah
03:43before they go on we literally just check them over and make sure that and again on set yeah there
03:48aren't any hanging loops hanging out or bra strap showing or you know lint roll with them down and
03:54they're wearing something that has lint on it um no not but nothing else in particular is there
