00:00Our gates are opening again and we're ready to give you a royal welcome.
00:10The first places to open will be our beautiful gardens.
00:13We've been working hard looking after them whilst you've been away.
00:17And we've installed some surprises for you to explore and enjoy.
00:24Your safety is our highest priority.
00:26We'll be asking you to pre-book your ticket online in advance.
00:30That way we can manage the amount of people at port.
00:34And make sure you have all the space you need to explore our palaces safely.
00:40We'll provide clear guidance on how we can all keep safe distance from each other.
00:45And our staff will be on hand to help you do that.
00:48We'll be maintaining hygiene standards fit for a king.
00:51With plenty of hand sanitizers to help you feel safe.
00:54And an enhanced cleaning regime to ensure that the palaces are spotlessly to.
01:00So please make sure you only visit us when you and the rest of your party are feeling well.
01:08This is an exclusive invitation to experience the palaces without the usual crowds.
01:17And we promise you a royal welcome.
01:24Thank you for supporting historic royal palaces.
01:27We can't wait to welcome you back.
