00:00I was sent to Earth when my planet Krypton was dying.
00:04I feel like I've heard this story before.
00:07This is my story.
00:13He knows what you told him?
00:16This is not a job I take lightly.
00:18I can do this and I don't want to waste a minute of it.
00:22She's so cool.
00:24Do you make me have a little crush on Supergirl?
00:27You got good taste, kid.
00:29I am going to write a kick-ass expose on Supergirl.
00:33You're writing it?
00:34I'm a writer.
00:34It's like riding a bike or severe childhood trauma.
00:37You never really lose it.
00:40Lucy Lane, yes, you are.
00:43There wasn't a time I would have done anything for that woman,
00:45but she dumped me.
00:46You're doing things that Superman couldn't even do.
00:51Kara, you leap into the sky headfirst into danger.
00:54You don't seem scared of falling.
00:56What's so bad about falling?
01:01Supergirl!
01:04You may have powers, Kara,
01:06but we don't always know who our enemies are.
01:09So we need to be prepared to face anyone.
01:16It's been a long time, little one.
01:18At Astra.
01:19We have to stop her.
01:22I'm just trying to keep you safe.
01:23Of all the things the S stands for,
01:26safety is not one of them.
01:29You are pointless, sad, pathetic.
01:31Don't talk to me like that!
01:34Supergirl, stand down!
01:42I don't wanna let go.
01:44I don't want to either.
01:46Supergirl, new episodes.
