00:00I think the physical piece to sport is obviously the most important, it's the most obvious,
00:04but the mental aspect of sport and the healing ability is quite important.
00:25Because that compassion fuels our self.
00:35And I have seen the sport literally save their life.
00:40So by creating that platform and giving them the ability to be able to focus on redefining themselves, healing their
00:48body but also healing their mind,
00:50because without a healed mind your body is not going to work anyway.
00:53That's when I see sport really coming to itself.
00:56Sports, the values that come in the sport and the things that you can teach children especially on a sports
01:03field, you can't teach them in a classroom.
01:06And therefore I think the education inside a classroom is as important as education on a sports field, because there
01:13are no barriers.
01:14It brings people together, all sizes or backgrounds or beliefs or religions.
01:18I think those are these changes that we can be used to help students see in these stages of movement.
01:21So.
01:26We're going to talk about the molecularύx1 конц with our body.
01:27And we're connected to the body of the body.
