00:06Hi Valley Interiors, this is my home. My name is Siobhan, you might know me as
00:10Girl of Blooms, this is Casa Blooms. I'd just like to introduce you to Annie, our interior
00:20designer and together we created Casa Blooms. It was really an honor to create a transformation
00:27for this property. We took it from blah to wow, honestly. So this is a home renovation,
00:33it was a very basic property when we found it and we needed to do a lot of work on
00:37it.
00:38The transformation was everything you see has been redone, re-planned, the layout has
00:42been changed and the aesthetic we were looking for was modern Morocco with a bit of the island
00:47vibe that we have in Bali. So we're really proud of it, we hope you like it.
00:54So this is our outdoor living space, we do not have an indoor living space but we want
00:59to have the whole Bali feel of enjoying the outdoor life. And this before was all terracotta
01:05and it was covered in mold and it was very dark and we changed it with marble and taratzel.
01:16And now let me show you the kitchen. Let's go guys.
01:22So we know a lot of the house is very white so for the furniture we want to have really
01:26dark
01:27furnishings and antique pieces that have a story. So when I first came in here there was a huge massive
01:33concrete cement structure in the middle that played as a bench, it made no sense. We removed it, extended
01:40as you see a beautiful functional kitchen behind me and decided on sacrificing having a living dining
01:46and instead having a wow dining area as you can see with our super cool custom made lens.
01:59This is our master bedroom. As you can see we have a lot more light and we have the arch
02:03doorway. This
02:04is where we host photo shoots and it's the same kind of concept as we saw on the other bedroom
02:11but
02:11it's just we have this beautiful cactus garden here and I'm just going to show you the bathroom.
02:23So this is a renovation villa so we had very limited space to work with for our bathrooms.
02:28They were really bad before very very dark and basic and we added a skylight just to bring in a
02:35little bit more light and all the walls are terrazzo and of course we have a very minimalistic sink just
02:42to add more space.
02:47So we actually wanted to use this space for photo shoots. If we wanted to rent daily for photo shoots
02:52we could but also a very comfortable space for us and for our dogs which was a very important part
02:59of
03:00the build. We actually designed this pool so our dogs could stand in the step section over
03:05here and they would never have a situation where they fall in and they couldn't get out.
