00:21The 55-year-old was charged under Section 409 of the Penal Code,

00:35with two sureties, passport surrender and monthly MACC reporting condition.

00:43telling the court Noraini has five children and is not a flight risk.
00:47He said she earns 15,000 ringgit a month, is undergoing cancer treatment
00:51and has been cooperating with the MACC since the probe began.
00:55Judge Kunasundari Marimuthu set bail at 80,000 ringgit with two sureties
