00:00We're very happy with where we ended up. We worked together across agencies, the
00:04American government, the Secretary of Commerce, Secretary of Treasury, myself,
00:08Chief of Staff with the President. We had a number of phone calls with the Prime
00:12Minister. We're looking at documentation at this point. I have
00:16responsibilities to brief Congress on what documents might look like, speaking
00:21with American stakeholders, businesses, unions, etc. We feel confident that we've
00:27reached an agreement that will not only continue to protect American workers,
00:31American jobs, American supply chains, but really strengthen the North American
00:35economy and create a situation where North America will continue to be an
00:39energy powerhouse, a manufacturing powerhouse, and align on important things
00:44like economic security and digital security. So while we certainly, I think, have
00:47eliminated some of the irritants that we've had over the past year, we also are
00:50taking a strong foot forward on these steps. I am very confident in these
00:55discussions, and as we finalize the final text, as Ambassador Greer said, the Prime
01:00Minister was very clear. We needed to protect supply management. We needed to
01:04ensure that the supply management regime remained entirely intact, and I'm
01:10confident that that's the case.
