00:24with having an address at that point and knowing where they were living if they were trying to get a
00:28reception place like everybody else.
00:30But still, we have a great education system here, and it is one of the things that actually attracts people
00:36from around the world,
00:37whether it's our universities, whether it's our school system.
00:40And clearly they want their children educated here, and that's great for them.
