01:45happened in december of last year and tmz actually called up with him and his mom and here's tmz with
01:54the kid on the incident so we were warming up for dodgeball and like so they told us to throw

02:02the dodgeball so we were first throwing it on at just like groups of people and then we were throwing
02:10them at just random kids and then we get up to it was like we chose her next and then
02:19we threw the
02:20dodgeballs at her and then um yeah they're like foam dodgeball so i like where where was she was she
02:32right there on the on the dodgeball court was she coming out of uh yes but i didn't see her

02:39out of the bathroom she was like near the bleachers and we're like was she participating in the game
02:43i thought so oh boy i don't know if she was or not so uh now i don't even need

04:27straight to the hospital the school and she wasn't admitted into the hospital um we were told she went
04:34to the er to get evaluated for a bruise the next day this happens in december when did you find

04:42about this when i got the letter in the mail from the superior arizona superior court saying that abel
04:49was being charged with misdemeanor assault he had two assaults originally so a simple assault and
04:56then assault with a weapon did the family of this girl ever come to you guys and say never no
05:05well as we all know it doesn't matter when she went to the hospital yeah so you still think yes

05:17develop immediately that's kind of how bruises work ain't it right unless i maybe i just don't

05:31on or those kids were picking on me and i don't want to get you know i don't want to

05:34whatever all the little stuff that goes through sure it could have been a thing where she probably
05:38didn't you know it didn't probably bother her and some of her friends didn't want to go to her
05:42parents or her friends like don't go you know don't don't make a big deal out you know all the

05:51here's the mom with tmz just explaining more uh what happened i was friends with her mom on social
05:58media and back in december she had posted um like a facebook post saying not how we wanted to spend
06:07our friday and it showed the girl and like on a gurney in the er um and then a picture
06:14of her bruise
06:15and i was like oh my gosh like i hope she's okay if you guys needed anything let me know
06:19and then they never responded um and we we actually i have messages from the girl
06:26after this whole incident in january asking for a ride home
06:32from one of abel's basketball games and so you had no clue no idea abel did the school ever come

06:41you know after the incident and call you out for it or call your friends out for it nope
06:50again i don't think a lot of like first of all when you say we were friends on social media

06:56not friends you know you're not you know unless you were previously friends or became friends after

10:09says that's when an unknown suspect came and stabbed captain crunch
10:16it seems like it was like personal i think the stabbing was personal because if you watch the video
10:20the guy comes from behind him and he's talking to another boat that's in front of him
10:24fishing guide harrison woods sees crunch on the boating docks often and was shocked to hear about
10:29the stabbing investigators say moments after he was stabbed the boaters captain crunch was arguing with
10:35actually jumped in to save him from the attack you can hear it in the video
10:42investigators say besides stabbing the youtuber the suspect also slashed the tires of this black truck
10:47owned by another fisherman fortunately for captain crunch his injuries were minor and he has
10:53already posted on social media that he's been released from the hospital but this incident has
10:58shocked frequent users of the public inaccessible doc i wouldn't understand why somebody would have

11:07drama here the harris county sheriff's department says it's gotten some video of the supposed
11:13suspect in this case but nothing that clearly show his face man y'all getting down like that

14:43go sit down nobody's paying attention nobody cares nobody was worried about it i like it
14:49that's important socialization got a fart corner yeah that's the first time i ever heard of that
14:54this is very important socialization this is the thing that i don't think we talk about enough when
14:58we talk about going to school or whatever yes obviously learning but that important learn like
15:03we need to socialize people into society we're teaching about society and this is one of those
15:06stop farting when people are around have the decency to walk over there right and i appreciate that

16:47part because kids are great kids be too goofy you're right but honestly i think that if in doing
16:52this it just becomes routine routine and mundane it's not like oh this is a random fart it's like
