00:10Well, I think there might be five or six managers before me who was trying to bring a right-back

00:16It sounds strange. It sounds as if you would find right-backs ten a penny.
00:20But that isn't the case when you're looking.
00:23Look, we've identified quite a few right-backs we like.
00:25We've bid for quite a few we like.
00:28So we're right in there.
00:30We're working to try and get one.
00:32Is it a position which really, really needs to be filled?
00:36I think we've got other people who are doing quite well.
00:38Jacob Bryan has done well for us there.
00:41Other people have filled in.
00:42We've still got Craig Patterson.
00:43We've got Merlin Roll, who's done well in pre-season, playing there at different times.
00:47Jimmy Gardner played really well at right-back for us.
00:50So it's not as if we've not got Andy to do the job.
00:54But it's certainly a position we're missing.
00:56Because from our squad compared to last year, we're a player down just to shame us on his own.
01:02That takes our numbers down.
01:04So we're still a little bit down on numbers.
01:06So we've certainly got room to bring in a new right-back.
01:09I guess having to move those players from what you would think is a natural position leaves you at a
01:15bit more of a disadvantage, doesn't it?
01:17It does, but maybe those players moving from that position to that position are doing a better job than the
01:21ones we think we could buy.
01:22So we're trying to do the right thing.
01:27We're limited on funds in some places.
01:30So we're looking at levels of players and we're trying to see if they're going to be better than what
01:34we already have in the building.
01:35To the right-back for people.
01:36So we're looking at a number of players.
