00:00day one of adding a new build estate to my british inspired village now the first step of course is
00:04to find an untouched piece of countryside to destroy that includes removing trees and ensuring
00:08that all wildlife is no longer that dealt with step two was to tidy up the terrain you see our
00:12destruction revealed quite a mess so we want to fill in any holes and patch up all pools of water
00:16and cave entrances now you might be wondering what do the locals think of all this well we did
00:21actually hold a meeting in the village hall which as you can see didn't go down too well
00:25well of course just like real life construction went ahead anyway and this leads us to step three
00:29which is terraforming now although we removed all trees and caves we still need to smooth it out a
00:34little and make our lives easier when it comes to building so here i'm just throwing down some blocks
00:37to create some curves and then filling in the space that this creates you can see the massive difference
00:41we've made already with the terraforming complete we can now start the final step which is planning
00:45i started with the main road through the estate using red concrete and then used yellow to show
00:50some smaller roads throughout the last thing to do was to map out and rough plan for the houses and
00:54as
00:55this is a new build estate we need to ensure the houses are as compact as possible and we're done
