01:00numbing yourself and navigate through all of the feelings and trying to find reclamation and take
01:08your autonomy back and you know then trying so hard to be that phoenix for yourself and and then you

01:17write the memoir and go through all that and like it's it's so much I think that the people around
01:25the person who has been through a lot they have so much responsibility I think that a lot of those
01:33people need to educate themselves not only you know because people want to go to therapy you know a lot

01:38men they're just not perfect like but you really do need to educate yourself on how to be there for

01:49person like that because that person is drowning
