01:11जो food safety commissioner है, उनके द्वारा assistant food safety commissioners को directions दीगी,
01:18regarding clear disclosures.
01:21हमें इन में जो कमी लगी वो थी regarding compliance, ensuring compliance हो,
01:25और testing की, क्योंकि testing के regarding कोई particular direction नहीं दी गई थी,
01:30जिसको चलते हमने ये कुछ मुद्धे उठाने के लिए high court में PIL दाके की,
01:36हमें सुना गया double bench द्वारा, और appropriate orders पास किये गए,
01:41जिसमें कि हमको एक और representation देने का मौका दिया गया,
01:45we got the liberty to represent again to the appropriate authorities,
01:49regarding testing and disclosure,
01:52high court से जो appropriate orders होए,
01:54उनसे definitely इस notification को एक बल मिला है,
01:58और एक सही कदम मिला है कि किस direction में
02:02public health और safety को और consumer's right to informed choice को जाना चाहिए,
02:07आप अगर मुझसे मेरा नजरिया पुछें तो मैं इस notification को एक बहुती मतवपूर्ण और अच्छा कदम मानता हूँ,
