00:00You know, J.Y., you were on top of this about, I'd say, two months ago
00:05when you were talking about the 50-year eligibility for college kids
00:08and college basketball and college football have been affected immensely here.
00:13I was talking to Mario Cristobal yesterday about this,
00:16and he was saying I was saving five scholarships
00:18because I wanted to see if some of these kids who got the fifth year
00:21and that ruling, now the NCAA had an injunction and they won it,
00:26which means they're going to hold up in court right now.
00:28Now, what's the impact of this rule, you think, moving forward?
00:33Big first thing, sir, Big Mario, it's time that y'all finish the job.
00:37Billy Corbin, get the U-part three down and get J.Y. some tickets
00:40because I got to get me to some U-games with my boy Donnie McDermott.
00:44Now, on to this, listen, I said this was coming, and now it's here.
00:49The lawsuits are here. The fighting is here.
00:51I had coaches do the same thing, say they're going to save scholarships.
00:54The problem is when Dillinger got this information,
00:57the NCAA shouldn't have got it to them.
00:59They should have waited until the academic year started until October
01:02and said this is the rule.
01:04They put their stuff into problems now, and NCAA, you deserve it.
01:09You call it the communists?
01:11They are, to me, the mafia.
01:14Forget the Luchesis, the Gambinos, the Ginovases.
01:18No, no, no, no, no, no.
01:19The number one mafia in this country is the NCAA.
01:23I will say it, the coaches will, but that's okay.
01:27That's why I got their backs.
01:29Man, I got to tell you, you're right.
01:31I think, you know, when you look at where the NCAA is,
01:34you know, now there's even conversation of talking about kids
01:37who were signed going into camps and NFL camps
01:40and then wanted to challenge the NFL and the NCAA's eligibility rule
01:45by wanting to go back to college.
01:48They're just getting hammered, JY, in the courtroom.
01:52Big Sills, wait a minute.
01:54Wait, you played in Miami.
01:55I played in college basketball.
01:57Big Sills has got a year.
01:59I got a year.
02:00You know what?
02:01I got a year.
02:01I'm putting myself into the NBA draft next year.
02:04I have to go to college.
02:06Someone give me a scholarship.
02:07NIL, I'll make a little bit of check.
02:09Just let JY come in and what is big.
02:11I'll give you five minutes and ten fouls.
02:13Bring me back.
02:14I'll give you five minutes and ten fouls.
