00:00There's been increased threats from Russia towards the UK. They've responded today
00:04saying that that announcement allowing that technology for those French long-range missiles
00:10is adding fuel to the fire in this conflict. Are you worried about the increasing threats
00:14from Russia towards the UK? Well, we're unwavering in our support and that is why I am here to send
00:22that very clear message to the Ukrainian people on their Independence Day, their 35th Independence
00:28Day and we are just continuing what we've done from the start. We have been there from the start
00:34providing that backup support and this is technical support going with what we've been doing from the
00:41very start and we'll continue to do that. Nothing will change that. Who started the fire? That's
00:47the question, isn't it? Ukraine did not do that. Russia began this illegal invasion and that is
00:56absolutely clear and they could stop it at any given time. My nation, our nation kept the flame
01:01of European freedom alive in the 20th century. Great Britain, you hold that flame in the 21st
01:10and I think that is how Ukraine is seen today, certainly across Europe as a light in the world,
01:18against the aggression that increasingly darkens our age. Fiercely brave, fiercely independent, fiercely
01:28defending the values that we hold dear. Your resilience, the sheer strength of the Ukrainian
01:35people is truly awesome. You inspire us every single day. The first message that I am getting loud and clear
01:44from the President and from all of our colleagues here in Ukraine is that it needs more help to protect
01:53its people and to protect its skies right now and particularly to get them through the winter that
02:01lies ahead. It's good that we're meeting ahead of that winter. It's clear Russia is running out of options
02:07and so Putin is now hoping he can win through a campaign of terror using ballistic missiles against
02:14Ukrainian civilians and we saw a children's hospital hit recently, a kindergarten.
02:19On December 31st.
02:19Well thank you moments as well.
02:20I'm so glad that I'm here to see and be with you in some military generation in Russia.
