00:14quarterbacks coach Steve Shimko along with their families to learn traditional
00:18Greek dancing. The group danced arm and arm to Greek music and things got even
00:35wilder when Milton stepped into the middle of the circle as plates were smashed
00:39around him. But behind the fun was a serious idea. Schottenheimer has made
00:44off-field bonding a major part of the culture he's trying to build in Dallas.
00:48Explaining that getting players together away from football helps them learn
00:51about each other and ultimately pull together when things get difficult.
00:55Apparently, building Cowboys chemistry sometimes starts with learning a few
00:59dance moves.
