00:00So Niamh, why now is the right moment for the players to make the move from Chelsea to
00:05Manchester City?
00:06Yeah, I think obviously I had an amazing time at Chelsea, an amazing period, a chapter of my life
00:11but it just felt like the right time to seek a new challenge
00:15and I think sort of what I look for and what, yeah, I think that in this building it's
00:20really exciting
00:21what they've been creating, I think they had a really successful year last year
00:24and I think they're in a really good trajectory and, yeah, speaking to the manager and the sporting director
00:29it felt like the right time and, yeah, being here I'm really excited
00:31So what challenges does matter to you that are exciting the most?
00:36I think obviously having Champions League this year and competing across all fronts
00:41and I think having a mix of young players and also experienced players
00:45it's really exciting what we can create across all fronts
00:48obviously having the experience of winning last year and trying to build on that
00:52and win consistently I think is really exciting
