00:30making sure we're keeping the public safe and keeping trains moving
00:32and dealing with all the infrastructure challenges that we face in this bit of the world.
00:35Waterloo has been very successful.
00:37It's one of the most complex and busy railway environments in the UK.
00:43Decisions that happen there can impact thousands of passengers and the wider network every single day.
00:50Because we're permanently stationed where we're needed, we can do rapid response.
00:55We can fly frequently for inspection, many different use cases,
00:59but it comes back to continuous site awareness and rapid response.
01:03Drones are mobile, so they can fly to where the need is.
01:07So we can have one drone that covers large areas and it can be dynamic to an evolving incident.
01:13Sometimes that is helping to identify the problem,
01:16and sometimes that is showing that there isn't a problem.
01:20Both are valuable because it avoids unnecessary delays to those passengers.
