00:01Pitch invasions usually bring security running onto the field.
00:04This one had almost everyone smiling.
00:07During second half stoppage time between the San Jose Earthquakes and Minnesota United,
00:11a tiny fan somehow made her way onto the pitch at Paypal Park.
00:15Play briefly stopped as she wandered close to the edge of the penalty area
00:19before an adult and stadium staff quickly came to get her.
00:44MLS Espanol even joked about the moment, saying they're normally against pitch invasions,
00:49but were willing to forgive this particular one.
00:52Unfortunately for San Jose, the surprise substitute couldn't change the result.
00:56Minnesota finished off a dominant 5-1 victory,
00:59but the smallest person on the field may have gotten the biggest reaction of the night.
