Senator-judge Raffy Tulfo on Wednesday, Aug. 26, called out OVP Assistant Chief of Staff Lemuel Ortonio during the 19th day of the impeachment trial, questioning his answers on the use of confidential funds for medicines.  Tulfo said Ortonio’s explanations “defy logic” and criticized him for what he described as playing 'dumb' during the interpellation.  Ortonio, meanwhile, said he took offense at Tulfo’s remarks, insisting that he was only doing his duty and following the tasks assigned to him.
