00:12Well, listen, we're going to keep working to get bills down.
00:15What I can't control are wars in the Middle East that we weren't a part of,
00:20which do then have an impact on families here and the costs of living here.
00:25What we can do is say, look, in the short term, we're absolutely there.
00:28We will step in to support and protect people.
00:31But we'll also do that alongside the bigger long term reforms that we need to make
00:35in order to make sure that we stop being as exposed as we are to global fossil fuel markets, one.
00:40But also that we're looking at fundamental reforms to the energy market
00:43to make sure that it does work for consumers.
00:46We're getting on with that. It does take time. Absolutely, it takes time.
00:49But people should know that we are there and we will step in in the short term in order to
00:53protect people.
