05:18From a school in Caracas, the Fidel Castro Internationalist Youth Brigade of the ALBA Movements, comprised of 30 members from
05:26more than 10 countries, expressed its solidarity with the Venezuelan people and government.
05:35We've been in these Venezuelan lands for 11 days. We have spent time with party members. We have spent time
05:40with community members. We have spent time with families who have been mourning the tragedy of the double earthquake.
05:44And we have been living among them constantly. We have gained a great deal of experience.
05:51First, we could cite an example of the dignity of this people, who are resisting natural disasters. You can see
05:56the community, and we see the solidarity among the Venezuelan people themselves.
06:00Here, there are many of us young people from different Central American countries engaged in an effort to show solidarity
06:06with them as well, but we also see the resilience of the Venezuelan people in the face of attacks by
06:12foreign governments.
06:16They visited the Five de Marzo productive commune in the Cosh Parish, where they learned about the Venezuelan communal system.
06:25As for the brigade, we are not only grateful for the welcome, but also deeply impressed and very proud of
06:31the work they are doing, because it's inspiring to see places that are organized communally,
06:36where people come together and form connections, networks that build bonds. So the truth is that, for now, the experience
06:44in the community has been incredible, especially because they chart a path for us to follow, a vision we can
06:50all share, communal living and community production, connecting with one another and building from there.
06:57During their visit to the country, they also toured La Guayra, the state most affected by the double earthquake. They
07:03highlighted the level of solidarity, action and hard work shown by the population in collaboration with the national government.
07:10We realized that all of this organization also acts as a protective factor when dealing with contingencies as severe as
07:16those our Venezuelan compatriots are currently facing and which, unfortunately, we ourselves are experiencing right now.
07:26One of the most significant lessons I can highlight is understanding how the organization has been functioning here, starting with
07:34the cells they form within the camps so that they can also be replicated elsewhere.
07:43Right now, we are at the transitional camp here in the state of La Guayra, and we've noticed that there
07:48are different approaches taken by government agencies, but also by the communities themselves, in organizing to provide aid services.

09:07Spanish authorities under a unified command structure established by Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez have deployed military personnel to clear makeshift
09:15beach camps and relocated stranded individuals to temporary military reception facilities.
09:20While tens of thousands have returned or being persisted, thousands more including families, unaccompanied minors and asylum seekers remain in
09:29makeshift conditions across the city.
09:31Government officials are seeking to expedite deportation processes under European Union Framework Guidelines, while local residents and regional leaders call
09:40for urgent federal and international assistance to stabilize the border enclosure.
09:51In Spain, healthcare workers in Ceuta warn of the precarious state of the sector as it strives to address the
09:58migration crisis amid tensions over protests against the administration.
10:02The Spanish Society of Epidemiology explained that the rapid population growth is stressing the response capacity of a system that
10:10needs sufficient resources and resilient infrastructure.
10:14The organization warns that the lack of sanitation, drinking, water, safe food or adequate hygiene conditions can contribute to the
10:21occurrence of skin, gastrointestinal and respiratory infections.
10:24In light of this, the organization emphasized the importance of establishing a social and healthcare system equipped with adequate staff,
10:33resources and facilities.
10:42Moving on to the United States, the Trump administration arrested and deported a record number of immigrants in July, according
10:49to newly released government data apprehending an average of 1,500 people and removing

11:05highest number since October 2022 and a 15% increase from the previous record set in June of this year.

20:02In Hanxiang County, in Anhui Province, lies Lingjian Tan, one of the main Neolithic settlements
20:09in the lower reaches of the Yancei River.
20:12Lingjian Tan dates back 5,300 to 5,800 years, and its discovery has contributed to expanding our
20:22understanding of the origins of the Chinese civilization.
20:25Today, its remains and archaeological artifacts can be explored at a museum built alongside the site.
20:34The Lingjian Tan site museum officially opened its doors on May 16, 2025,
20:39so it has now been open to the public for just over a year.
20:42The building features a cross-shaped courtyard design,
20:45symbolizing the role Lingjian Tan has played from ancient times to the present
20:48as a point connecting different regions.
20:50The museum covers an area of 24,000 square meters,
20:53with a total built-up area of 11,000 square meters,
20:56and 4,000 square meters dedicated to exhibitions.
20:59Its galleries display more than 1,000 pieces of great historical value.
21:04The creation of Lingjian Tan site museum is part of China's national program for the
21:10protection and development of major archaeological sites.
21:14Included in the country's 14 five-year plan,
21:17the museum seeks to bring the results of archaeological research closer to the public,
21:24and turn this heritage site into a new reference point for education, cultural outreach,
21:30and exchange among civilizations.
21:33Since the first excavation carried out in 1987, we have conducted a total of 17 archaeological campaigns.
21:41Throughout this process, nearly 4,000 artifacts have been recovered, including musical instruments,
21:45pottery, and other objects. Today, the museum displays more than 1,000 of them.
21:50Among the most representative jade pieces are the jade dragon, human figures,
21:54the eagle and the turtle, considered true treasures of the museum.
21:57We also have large jade beads, since jade has traditionally been a symbol of wealth in China.
22:04The promotion of this heritage has also created new opportunities for the local economy.
22:11Since the opening of the park, Lingjian Tan has received around one million and a half visitors,
22:18and generated some 200 million yuan in revenue, attracting tourists from around the world.

22:32China has been trying to build up the Chinese civilization in the sense of economics and society,
22:38and fairness for people, and the idea to be a leader that others can follow, so that other
22:44civilizations are able to build up themselves and all around the world, in a kind of global
22:48pursuit of development. And I suppose this is kind of symbolic of that. You do have the rich here,
22:54and you have the poorer members of society, or the workers in the other parts there. It's kind of
22:59that reminder that at the end of it, we're just, we're all in this together.
23:03The preservation of Lingjian Tan is part of a broader policy to protect and transmit
23:09China's traditional culture, as part of what the Communist Party of China calls the building of a
23:16socialist cultural powerhouse. More than 5,000 years later, the heritage connects the memory of
