00:07So right now we're doing gunnery training
00:10on our new striker platform.
00:11This is beneficial for the whole squadron.
00:14We're integrating the new platform
00:16which replaced our legacy system
00:18and so all the guys
00:20are currently getting familiarized with
00:21the new weapon system, the new weapon capabilities
00:24and how to operate.
00:27When they take the trucks
00:28downrange, we have a series of engagements
00:30which is daytime operations
00:32so we have a total of 10 engagements.
00:34We have offensive and defensive engagements.
00:36When you're in a defense engagement
00:37you're stationary, shooting at either
00:40troops or truck targets and then
00:42on offensive engagements the truck is moving
00:44while you are shooting at those targets.
00:46This is a qualification, right?
00:48So gunnery is our qualification.
00:50We need to do this so that our units
00:52are combat deployable.
00:54So we go through a series of different tables
00:56for gunnery. Currently we're on table 5
00:58and our final qualification will be table 6.
