00:30had a person on staff and so this ownership group that owns the apartment complex they
00:37must have fired the management company and they installed a new one so we had no issues with the
00:47old company in fact they were very good very accommodating anyway so as far as the rent going
00:52up you know chloe had a one-year lease and they came at us with a renewal and actually it

00:58bad the rent this is crazy the rent only went up like 21 a month okay that's not terrible right

01:52i understand charging you a fee if you want to put it on your credit card that's pretty standard yeah
01:57three percent fee or something like that you want to put your uh your rent on the credit card yeah
02:01there's a fee if you want to do debit card it's a flat 9.99 but listen to this the

02:09company they want to charge you a two dollar 99 cent processing fee to do the checking account deal
02:17just to put in your checking account routing number who no i've never had anyone charge for an ach that's
