00:00Houston, though, and the Yankees is a game I am looking very forward to tonight
00:05because the Yankees, at some point,
00:07they were going to have to get some innings out of somebody, right?
00:10And who'd they call up here tonight?
00:12Elmer, they bring in Rodriguez again now here tonight
00:15to pitch against the Astros?
00:17What are you thinking?
00:18Yeah, Elmer, hopefully they get some glue out of him or something,
00:22hold the lineup and the rotation together or something along those lines.
00:26And last night's game was crazy.
00:28It was crazy.
00:29We've got home runs.
00:30The Yankees are tying it.
00:31They're taking the lead.
00:32We've got a home run to tie it from the Astros.
00:34They end up taking the lead back and winning the game.
00:37The Yankees' bullpen, which has been absolutely fantastic,
00:40leaked a few runs last night.
00:43Looking at the line for this tonight, this is one of the spots I would say
00:47if you are looking to back the Yankees,
00:50this is one of the best lines you're going to get on them.
00:52Minus 118, especially when they're at home.
00:54Now, granted, it's really just due to the pitching matchup.
00:57This is not going to be the case.
00:59Anytime Cole or Schlitler or Freed's on the mound,
01:02we see those numbers balloon up to minus 200, obviously give them a matchup.
01:06But a minus 118 price on the Yankees seems pretty fair.
01:10Peter Lambert is on the mound for the Astros tonight.
01:13And over the last month, Joe, he has been terrible.
01:176'2", 9 ERA over the last 30 days.
01:21This comes in 24.1 inning sample size.
01:23As I will say, he's still got the strikeouts going,
01:25and he's not giving up a whole lot of home runs.
01:27It's only a .37 home runs per night.
01:29But he walks a few guys, and then he gives up hits.
01:32So it's single-double walk, single-double walk,
01:34and he's giving up lots and lots of runs.
01:36But the strikeouts could still be there for him tonight.
01:39Yeah, I agree.
01:41I think they certainly can be there tonight.
01:44I don't think we're going to get as many runs as we got last night, though,
01:48as both these teams have not been great over the last couple of weeks.
01:52Yankees, not good against right-handed pitching.
01:54Neither has the Houston Astros.
01:58But got to see what we're going to get at Elmer here tonight,
02:01because he certainly has the stuff.
02:04But, again, the reason it's kind of tough to break into this rotation,
02:08but with all these injuries,
02:11boy, the Yankees are going to need to get some bats going here
02:13at some particular point.
02:15And Houston, listen, Houston's got an opportunity
02:18to kind of distance themselves here from everybody else in the American League West.
02:24Will they is the big question.
