04:15How did your journey started as a singer-songwriter?
04:19Thank you very much for your question.
04:20You know, I was a student at LaSalle Green Hills.
04:22I was 14 years old.
04:24And a loner. So I pretty much ultimately
04:26talked to myself every time.
04:28So that allowed me to build my thoughts,
04:29process my emotions, and that allowed me
04:32to become a better thinker, and therefore a better writer.
04:34So, once, after dismissal,
04:36wala na tao sa cafeteria.
04:38I pulled out my yellow pad.
04:39I wrote my first song. I liked it.
04:41And how, what can you do?
04:42How can you run away from something you decided you finally liked?
04:45You know what I mean?
04:46So, tulip-tuloy na till I liked the next 10 songs.
04:49And now, 500 songs later.
04:50I love it. I'm living the dream.

05:32It's a song that is come and go.

05:36Something that was a potential but didn't come into fruition.
05:39Ito ay para sa inyong may heartbreak or may pinaguhugutan na pwedeng may pinagdaan ng love story na hindi nag

05:47But pwede din to na i-interpret mo however you want.
05:50I had a friend who interpreted it as something that relates to his dreams or something that relates to his
05:54pets or family.
05:55And that's what I like about us storytellers, journalists and songwriters alike.
06:00Like, I want people to interpret.
06:02You know, leave some of our artistry to their interpretation.
06:06And find a way to let those stories live in the wrong context.

06:57I was playing a piano lupa, a five-chord piano lupa ulit ulit.

07:01And then, ang nangyari was, I rambled and I naging nag-improved about recording myself.
