00:02very bittersweet. I'll miss you guys. I know that's probably not something anyone would expect me to say, but obviously
00:11it's been great working with all of you. And I think people don't realize about this job, the briefings and
00:16what I just did on TV is 10%. 90% of it is taking all of your calls at 5
00:22in the morning and 11pm at night. And I won't really miss that, but I will miss working with you
00:28guys every day. So thanks for
00:30for being colleagues. And I know the president will continue to take your calls and provide you with statements every
00:36day until he assumes a replacement for the role. So just thanks for for being partners here at the White
00:43House and good luck. Caroline, do you have any advice for the next White House press secretary? I will give
00:50my advice to whomever assumes the job. I think it's most important in this job to understand that President Trump
00:56is his own best spokesperson. And he we joke Stephen
00:59and me that he is the true communications director and press secretary here at the White House and just understanding
01:05that knowing that and believing in the mission. I mean, I think you guys can all see I believe so
01:10much in my heart about what this president is doing every day, the policies he's enacting. It's been an honor
01:16to speak on behalf of him and and to understand his thinking and to relay it to all of you,
01:22but also to the country over the past 20 months. And then again, before that on the campaign and I'll
01:26still be around. I'm going to just go to the other side so I can
01:29spend some more time and spend some more time with my kids. But again, thanks for
01:32everything. Gabe
01:33Thanks, Caroline. You mentioned you'll be working with magazine and yesterday the president, you amplified a post on social media
01:39that said, I don't think the GOP fully grasped how badly they're stepping up right now. It's previously said that
01:46some voters don't seem to like Republicans, but they do still like him. But at this point, is the president
01:52washing his hands of Republicans if they can vote in November?
01:55The president is wholeheartedly committed to helping Republicans across the board retain the majority. And I think voters across the
02:03country will be presented with a contrast between everything this president and Republicans have done largest middle class tax cuts
02:10in history, no tax on tips, overtime, social security for our seniors. Democrats in this town want to talk a
02:16lot about affordability, but they voted against the largest tax cuts in American history. They voted against putting more money
02:22in people's pockets. So, you know, president's going to Texas tonight.
02:25He'll engage in a fundraiser to keep loading up Republicans confers. There's obviously a huge cash advantage on the president's
02:31side. And he'll continue to go across the country, meet with everyday Americans and push his message until the very
02:37last day. President Trump, there's no harder worker or greater fighter in politics than him. So you'll continue to see
02:44him stay out there. I do have a meeting in the chief of staff's office that I'm going to get
02:48to. So I'm not late for my last meeting. But thanks, guys. And I'll see you all soon. Take care.
02:53Thank you.
03:11A major change is coming to the Trump White House. President Donald Trump has announced that
03:17Caroline Levitt will leave her position by the end of August and her next move could be just as important.
03:24Trump says the 28-year-old Levitt will become one of his top outside advisers and will also work with
03:30Republicans to help win the upcoming November midterm elections.
03:35The announcement came Wednesday, with Trump saying Levitt is leaving so she can spend more time with her young children
03:42and family.
03:42He said he completely understands and respects her decision.
03:47Levitt has been one of the most visible voices of the Trump administration since returning to the White House in
03:53January 2025.
03:54She has regularly represented the administration during White House press briefings defending Trump's policies and responding to questions from reporters
04:03on some of the biggest political issues in Washington.
04:06Her departure is also notable for another reason.
04:11Caroline Levitt is the youngest White House press secretary in American history, and she recently became a mother for the
04:18second time.
04:19She gave birth to her daughter Viviana on May 1st, just days after beginning maternity leave.
04:25Now, instead of remaining behind the White House podium, Levitt is expected to move into a political role outside the
04:32administration.
04:33Trump says she will advise him and help Republicans as they prepare for the November midterm elections.
04:40That means her influence inside Trump's political operation may continue, even after she leaves the official White House post.
04:47So what does this mean for the Trump administration?
04:51First, the White House will need a new person to take over one of its most important communications jobs.
04:58The press secretary is not just responsible for answering reporters.
05:02The role is also central to shaping the administration's public message, defending presidential decisions, and communicating directly with the American
05:10public.
05:11And politically, Levitt's move could put her in a different position.
05:16Instead of speaking for the White House from the briefing room, she could now help Trump and Republicans directly on
05:22the campaign trail and in the broader fight for control of Congress.
05:26For now, Trump says Levitt's departure is about family.
05:30But her next role suggests she is not stepping away from Trump's political world.
05:35She is simply moving from the White House podium to a new position closer to the political battlefield.
05:41She is going to see domestic.
05:41She is still playingocalyptic.
05:41She is majątied for manchmal Chili gibi.
