00:14They're so confident in their defensive front, which is something that they've really been missing for the past five years,
00:18or at least whenever Lincoln Riley took the helm as head coach.
00:23So I really want to see them just be a hard defensive unit up front.
00:28I want to see them be able to create turnovers and just dominate because this USC team,
00:33they have a chance to get to the playoffs, and I believe they can compete with the Ohio States, the
00:37organs, the Indiana.
00:38So I really want them to start off strong, and this defense is going to be a huge teller as
00:43to what kind of team they're going to have.
00:44So I hope Gary Patterson does a great job.
00:46He was a legend, I believe, at TCU.
00:49So I'm sure that he's going to do stellar over there.
00:52They've got a lot of young guys like Luke Waffle.
00:54I think this booby feaster guy at wide receiver is getting a lot of buzz during camp.
00:58So I really want to see how the Trojans do because I believe they can make a lot of buzz

01:22They've had a couple good ones when he was there, and I want to see if they can raise a

01:31So then you get into the evening window, and like I said, I know everybody's clamoring for Sacramento State, Eastern
01:37Michigan.
01:38Again, it's just so weird.
01:40Florida State in action against New Mexico State, big year for the Seminoles.
01:44And then North Dakota State, which I have a feature coming at Sporting News.
01:47This is a team.
01:48Here was the funniest thing that their coach, Tim Palasek, said to me, and it dawned on me.
01:52He's like, well, we've won 10 national titles, you know?
01:55And like the way he said it real casually, I was like, yeah, they've had a ton of success there

02:01They remind me of Mount Union a little bit, Bobby, that they had that prolonged run of success, and now
02:08they're bumping up, and I'm really anxious to see how they do.

02:21So just the adjustment of their expectations and how everything operates.
