Carla’s Lullaby Takes Over the Bar on Cheers

Carla Tortelli (Rhea Perlman) tries to soothe her crying newborn over the phone with a lullaby. Before long Norm (George Wendt) Sam (Ted Danson) and Diane (Shelley Long) join in turning the quiet attempt into a bar-wide sing-along.

Cheers centered on the colorful regulars and staff of a Boston bar and became one of television’s defining sitcoms during its 11-season run on NBC.

Cheers is available to stream on Paramount+.
