00:08I worked down at the World Trade Center site for SGA Electric. We were installing temporary light
00:15and power to assist with the recovery. So I put around 500 hours in at the site. 15 years, 16

00:23later, I developed pancreatic cancer. Very fortunately, it was found early. So then in
00:302019, the tumor had grown and they needed to take it out. So I had two surgeries and they were
00:39successful. I'm cancer-free now. I enrolled in the World Trade Center Health Program around 2021-2022.
00:50So they took over my care. I go annually for a checkup. When they determined that a pancreatic
01:01cancer was a World Trade Center cancer, I enrolled in the victim. I applied for the victim's compensation
01:07fund and my case was settled. It only took about a year and a half, two years to get a
01:15settlement
01:15and was very happy with how everything went. I am cancer-free now. Again, the World Trade
01:22Center Health Fund takes care of my aftercare from this point forward.
