Sure, Iris Apatow held a recurring role across three seasons of Hulu’s ‘Tell Me Lies’ and most recently appeared in the action-thriller ‘Pretty Lethal’ with Uma Thurman. And, sure, growing up as daughter of beloved actress Leslie Mann and director/producer Judd Apatow (you can spot a pint-sized Iris in ‘Knocked Up’ and ‘This Is 40’) offers a glimpse at life in the public eye. But being cast in the Hunger Games franchise catapults this up-and-coming actress onto our 2026 Breakthrough List. As Proserpina Trinket, Effie’s little sister, in the prequel film ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping,’ Apatow, 23, travels with fans back to Panem for the 50th Quarter Quell.
