00:00I'm back on your screen. This can really only mean one thing. The wait is over, the results are in,
00:05and the AP Top 25 preseason poll is here. For the ninth time in poll history, Ohio State will start
00:10the season at number one, having received 40 first place votes. The Buckeyes don't have an
00:15easy road ahead, but they could have the pieces to get the job done with the most productive receiver
00:19in the nation, Jeremiah Smith, returning quarterback Julian Sayan, a strong offensive
00:24line and a haul of transfers, looking to fill in some of the missing pieces defensively.
00:28Oregon comes in at number two with 14 first place votes, as the Ducks look forward to another go
00:33around with Dante Moore leading the charge as one of 14 returning starters. Georgia comes in at number
00:38three, and Notre Dame, likely still holding a grudge from last year's CFP, comes in at number four.
00:44Arch Manning and the Longhorns rank number five, and reigning champs Indiana rank number six,
00:49one spot ahead of Miami. The SEC leads the way with nine ranked teams. The Big Ten has eight,
00:54and for the 15th time in poll history, seven ranked teams from last year's final poll didn't make the
00:59cut at all. That includes Vanderbilt, Virginia, Tulane, James Madison, Navy, North Texas, and TCU.
