A LATAM Airbus A320 operating a flight from São Paulo to Cascavel reportedly veered slightly off the runway at around 9:45 a.m. while landing in heavy rain.
There were 151 people on board — 145 passengers and six crew members. No injuries have been reported.
The aircraft came to a stop in a muddy area beyond the runway. Cascavel Airport remains closed while the incident is assessed.
