00:08Well, I don't know. That's up to them. I mean, that's going to be up to them.
00:11We have a great relationship with Venezuela.
00:14It's, you know, it's a team in a sense.
00:18And we're taking out millions and millions of barrels of oil,
00:22going to Houston, going to Louisiana,
00:25going to lots of different places in the United States and all over the world.
00:30And we're doing, we're making a fortune and they're making a fortune.
00:33They're starting to make real money.
00:36And we have Exxon going in. We have Chevron going in.
00:39We have our big oil companies going in.
00:41And everybody's bidding.
00:44And, you know, there are those that say it was the greatest deal ever made.
00:49Let's see what happens.
00:50But, you know, I have to stress, it was also a very good deal for Venezuela
00:55because you have the most powerful, the richest companies in the world
00:59going into Venezuela, where before it was just,
01:03it was this unbelievable value that was sitting dormant.
01:07But we're going to be taking all of that.
01:09We're going to be taking that oil out.
01:11It's all coming to the U.S. for refineries.
01:14Refinery, it's all, you know, our plants, our refineries are specifically meant for Venezuela and heavy oil.
01:22Heavy oil is a good thing, not a bad thing.
01:24It's good for other things.
01:25You know that heavy oil is good for?
01:28Asphalt, roadways, all of that.
01:32So, you know, we do a lot of things.
01:34Here's a deal that nobody's ever heard of a deal like that.
01:36It may be the greatest deal ever made.
01:38Who knows?
01:38But it's millions and millions.
01:40Already, we've paid for the war.
01:43The cost of the war has been paid for many, many times before.
01:45Where have you heard that before?
01:47You didn't hear that with Afghanistan?
01:49You didn't hear that with Vietnam?
01:50And by people that ran it a lot differently than I ran it.
01:54Yeah, please.
01:55Mr. President, on Venezuela, on this massive oil deal that you just announced,
01:59how do you expect that to impact the lives of everyday Americans,
02:02both in the short and the long term?
02:04And also, what's your message to the oil executives that you're planning to meet with?
02:07Well, I think it's going to have a tremendous impact.
02:09It's going to ultimately, prices are going to come down.
02:12Now, will it happen before the election?
02:17I can't tell you that.
02:19But I think people are very smart.
