00:00A lot of people ask how the United States plan to contain China.
00:04All starts with the military concept that the United States calls
00:07the strategy of the Ark of Premier I.
00:10This strategy aims to reduce the growing influence of the China
00:13by using three chain deals as a natural barrier
00:16that the American army will use to project its power against China.
00:21The first chain deal begins in Japan,
00:23the Philippines, and ends in Malaysia around the Detroit of Malacca.
00:27It is the most important chain because it is close to the China,
00:31which gives the United States the capacity to monitor the Chinese activity
00:35and to contain China in case of armed conflict.
00:38The second chain begins also in Japan,
00:41traverse the island of Bonin and Volcano of Japan, Guam, Palau,
00:46and ends in Nouvelle-Guinée Occidental.
00:48The third chain traverse the island of Aleutian,
00:51then Hawaii, Samoa American, Fiji, and ends in Nouvelle-Zélande.
