00:12which Conservative Labour Prime Ministers have promised but failed to deliver, is a welcome
00:16step in the right direction. But there is a lot more work to do and more fundamental
00:23changes needed to make our politics work for the people we serve.
00:28Will the Prime Minister start that work today and, listening to the calls of over 170 members
00:35on these benches and on his own, launch a national commission to change politics so we can fix
00:43our country?
