00:23real money and we have exxon going in we have chevron going in we have our big oil companies
00:28going in and everybody's bidding and uh you know there are those that say it was the greatest deal
00:37ever made let's see what happens but you know i have to stress it was also a very good deal

00:42venezuela because you have the most powerful the richest companies in the world going into venezuela
00:49where before it was just uh it was this unbelievable value that was sitting dormant
00:56but we're going to be taking all of that we're going to be taking that oil out it's all coming
