00:22raise did a number of community leaders you know our financial people the attorneys everybody so
00:28we've spent a great time this past week going over the uh the agreement and so a level of confidence
00:37but you just never know never know it was very exciting all right so here's the deal the public
00:44share is roughly eight hundred seventy six million dollars uh the whole stadium deal for this new
00:49development right across from ray jay right on the uh the hillsborough uh college campus uh is this
