00:05It's nine months. I mean, it's the amount of time they said from the very beginning that if I did
00:09everything the right way, I would be ready to play week one. And it's just been about being a
00:13plan. I'm someone that you put something out in front of me. I want to go out and get it.
00:17I want
00:17to go out and maximize every single opportunity, every rep in the weight room. Yeah, I think I'll
00:21always have a chip on my shoulder. You know, the way that last season ended, you know, I wasn't,
00:28actually wasn't happy with it. Hadn't been happy with any of the seasons the way they
00:33did. I'm trying to put it out. I'm trying to put it out into the world. I'm trying to
00:35manifest it. I'm trying to show our guys the urgency that I have and that I want us to have
00:43as an organization to go and make it happen. You know, you can keep pushing it down the road
00:51and you can talk about it now and say this is the year. And I'm tired of saying next year,
00:55next year, next year, next year. This is, this is it. I already thought it was a stack
00:59D line with verse. Obviously, things transpiring happened and then you bring a guy like Miles
01:03here, a generation of talent. And it's like, huh, that could be fun. Oh, baby. If you don't
01:12have the chills, check your pulse. After all the offseason chatter, it is time. It is time to
01:19lock in our season picks and predictions for the 2026 NFL season here on Shine Time. Let's go.
01:28AFC East. Here's how I stack it. I think the Buffalo Bills will win the division. I have one
01:36team from the division making the playoffs. Buffalo. Patriots finish second. The Jets. And in dead last,
01:45the Miami Dolphins. Let's go team by team. It is unequivocally Josh Allen's time to shine.
01:52I think that Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are ready to rock and roll. You heard Josh Allen
02:00all offseason talk about the bad taste in the mouth after what transpired against Denver.
02:05Just had him on my Sirius XM radio show and hit the vibes under Joe Brady, new head coach.
02:11Right guy, right time. They're off the charts. Sean McDermott's won a lot of games. You couldn't
02:18win a Super Bowl with him. He had to go. You needed to bring in a new head coach. And
02:22he brought in a
02:23great new defensive coordinator in Jim Leonard. I'm obsessed with DJ Moore as a new stud wide receiver.
02:30Absolutely love Bradley Chubb getting to the opposition's quarterback. Still love James Cook.
02:37Dalton Kincaid's going to have the best season he's ever had at the tight end position.
02:40Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the NFL for 2026. He will be the best player in the NFL
02:49in 2026.
02:51I can't wait to watch the Buffalo Bills and their new stadium with their new uniforms rock and roll this
02:57season.
02:58Look, I think the Patriots are going to be good, not great. I think last year was a bit of
03:02a fluke when you take a look at
03:04that easy schedule. Give them credit. They won a lot of close games. But I just don't believe that Drake
03:10May and company can do it again. I love Drake May. I think he's a top 10 quarterback in the
03:16NFL. I love A.J.
03:17Brown. What a phenomenal acquisition. I love Romeo Dobbs. I just think Buffalo is better. I don't love the
03:23New England offensive line. I don't love that defense. I don't think it's elite. Plus, the schedule is much more
03:32difficult.
03:34Easily, the New England Patriots could start the season 0-4 when you look at who they play to start
03:42the campaign.
03:42I think the Jets are going to be fun to watch this year. I have the Jets winning seven games.
03:47I think
03:48the Jets are going to be a real football team, a team the Jets fans can be proud of. I
03:52really believe
03:53that Geno Smith made your upgrade. I love Garrett Wilson this year. I think he's going to be a top
03:5910 wide receiver. Love Brees Hall. I think he's going to be a top 10 running back. Aaron Glenn has
04:04to
04:04improve after a debacle first year as the Jets head coach. I think the skill positions are excellent.
04:10I think the offensive line is solid. I think Demario Davis, who played for Aaron Glenn
04:16in New Orleans, will help the professionalism and the execution on defense. I think the Jets
04:22win seven games this year, and this will be a step in the right direction to make the playoffs
04:28next season. Dolphins are going to be a hot mess, like the worst team in the NFL. I think that
04:35they have
04:35the right brass with Jeff Halfley and John Eric Sullivan, new head coach, new general
04:40manager. I like Malik Willis as a quarterback, but there's nothing around him. No talent in any
04:48way, shape or form other than HN. That's about it. And I think the Miami Dolphins are going to be
04:54dreadful. A two win football team, the Miami Dolphins, when you look at it this season. So how about the
05:02AFC North? And listen, I think this division is going to be absolutely positively sensational. I
05:10have three playoff teams in the AFC North. I love the Cincinnati Bengals this year. I think Cincinnati
05:19is going to live up to all the hype. I love what Joe Burrow has been saying all offseason in
05:25terms of
05:26manifesting it and believing it. And it's not just random offseason chatter. The Cincinnati Bengals
05:33looked the part in the offseason by doing things that were uncharacteristic for this football team
05:39in terms of trading for Dexter Lawrence, giving up a first round pick, spending money on defense,
05:46active in free agency. And Joe Burrow's back. Joe Burrow's healthy. Jamar Chase is unbelievable.
05:53Chase and Tee Higgins, the best one-two punch at the wide receiver position in the entire league.
05:59Line is good. Chase Brown is solid running the football. Joe Burrow's going to have the best
06:04regular season he's ever had. I can't wait to see the Cincinnati Bengals win a minimum of 12 games
06:14this season. I'm obsessed with the Baltimore Ravens. Absolutely obsessed. And more specifically,
06:20I'm obsessed with Lamar Jackson. Talked to Lamar Jackson on our Sirius XM radio show. And honestly,
06:26I talked to him every single August on our show. And this was the best I've ever heard of. He's
06:32foaming at the mouth for this season. He is fired up about Jesse Minter. Thinks that he is, quote,
06:37a breath of fresh air as the head coach. And he loves Declan Doyle, the new offensive coordinator.
06:43Listen, I think in terms of running the football, in terms of chunk plays, splash plays, big plays,
06:51I think this offense for Baltimore is going to be unstoppable. Lamar said he is 100% physically,
06:58100% mentally. Ravens win 11 games. They make the playoffs via the wild card.
07:03I dig the Steelers. I've been saying it on Shine Time all offseason. I think Mike McCarthy's the right
07:09guy at the right time. Mike Tomlin, phenomenal job when you look at a couple of decades in Pittsburgh,
07:14but they won a playoff game with the Pittsburgh Steelers since they beat Alex Smith and the Kansas City
07:20Chiefs. That's a lifetime ago. Mike McCarthy, Aaron Rodgers, back together. They will make sweet,
07:27beautiful music. And in the final season for Rodgers and his legendary career,
07:32still a ton of gas left in the tank. McCarthy, Pittsburgh native. His X's and O's are great.
07:40I love Rico Darrell as a pickup at running back. Michael Pittman Jr. Love him at the wide receiver
07:46position. And Aaron Rodgers is going to go out at the end of the day with a bang. He's going
07:52to be
07:52all smiles. I think the Steelers make the playoffs. I think they win a playoff game. I think T.J.
07:58Watt
07:58and the defense will be much better than last year. 11 wins for the Pittsburgh Steelers and they will
08:04make the playoffs. The Cleveland Browns are the Cleveland Browns. Deshaun Watson is the quarterback.
08:12That's where hope goes to die. The sad thing is, I actually think the Browns have some good parts
08:18and pieces on offense around him. Young receivers and the tight end, Harold Fannin. And when you look
08:25at the running back position, you can't take this team seriously this year with Deshaun Watson
08:31under center. How about the AFC South? I think the Houston Texans are going to be terrific this
08:39season. I think there's one team in this division that will eventually make the playoffs
08:44and it's going to be Houston. I think the Texans with C.J. Stroud and I think Stroud is going
08:51to even
08:51out his play. I think you're going to see Stroud and Nico Collins and Nick Kelly's offense really
08:58just do a much better job than what we saw last year. Nico Collins, to me, is absolutely an elite
09:05wide receiver. I think Stroud will be helped by three new offensive linemen. I think he will
09:10be helped by David Montgomery, now at the running back position. Team him with Woody Marks. I think
09:16that's an upgrade. I think that C.J. Stroud, you'll never see what we saw his rookie year,
09:22where it was arguably the best rookie season ever in the history of the NFL, the quarterback
09:26position. He's coming off of the single worst playoff game in the history of the NFL, the
09:31quarterback position. But I like C.J. Stroud. I think he's going to be good. Not necessarily
09:35great, but he just needs to make sure he doesn't ever have that kind of performance ever again.
09:42His regular season last year was good. I think he'll be even better. I think that eventually
09:47they can come to a contractual agreement after this season. I don't think that will happen
09:52now. I don't think it makes sense for either side, either Stroud, who's coming off that awful
09:56game. If you're Nick Casario and the Texans, you want to wait and see. Listen, I love D'Amico
10:03Ryan. I think he is one of the best coaches in the NFL. That defense is the best in the
10:07NFL.
10:08I love Will Anderson. I love Stingley. I love Hunter. I love him on every single level.
10:14Texans win 11 games this year. They win the AFC South. I am going to lose a lot of sleep
10:22over not picking the Jacksonville Jaguars. This was my toughest omission. I think Jacksonville
10:29at the end of last year was the best team in the AFC. Trevor Lawrence, in theory, second
10:34year working with Liam Cohen, should be able to take his game and his name to a different level,
10:38especially if Thomas can regain his form from his rookie year at the receiver position. I love
10:44Jacoby Myers. I think they can run the ball with authority. I think they have a good defense. I felt
10:49bad at not putting the Jags in the playoffs. Listen, they can end up winning the Super Bowl,
10:54and I would have just missed the boat here, but they were my last omission here for my playoff
10:59predictions. I think the Colts are kind of the human shrug emoji. I mean, I think they're going
11:05to be good. Last year, they were great before Daniel Jones got hurt. They were 8-1. I do think
11:11Jonathan Taylor is going to have a monster season. Alec Pierce looks like he's on track to be healthy
11:18instantly and play right away, which is great. I still don't understand the Pittman trade. I think
11:24the defense is good, not great. I will take the Colts to win nine games, and you know the expression.
11:31Remember the Titans? Forget about the Titans. I had such high hopes for this team. I had such
11:37good vibes for this team. You know, maybe you shouldn't overreact to August. I'm going to
11:41overreact to August. Robert Sala looked dazed and confused. Brian Dayball, I don't know what the hell's
11:45going on with that offense. I loved Cam Ward out of the U a couple of drafts ago as the
11:51number one
11:51overall pick, and I still do. I'm just waiting for something, some kind of sign. Haven't seen it yet
11:58when you take a look at Cam Ward. Yikes. Let's go out west, and honestly, I love the Chargers,
12:08and I know that the center's done for the year, and I have to at least process that, but I
12:14think that
12:15this team is loaded, and I love Justin Herbert, and he needs to be great, and he has to ultimately,
12:21when it's all said and done, become a true great quarterback, but I think the signs are there.
12:28You have Mike McDaniel now calling the plays. That's a monster upgrade. You have Rashawn Slater,
12:33his left tackle back. You're bringing David Njoku. He's happy with Madison Beer. This all matters here.
12:41I think that the line is going to be solid, even without their center. Defense is really strong.
12:48Jim Harbaugh is fantastic, so I think the Chargers will win the AFC West. I'm going to take the
12:54Broncos to make the playoffs. I think the Broncos have a top three defense in the NFL. I think Sean
12:59Payton's going to the Hall of Fame. I think he's a fabulous head coach. I think Jalen Waddell is going
13:04to have a monster season, and this guy. Look, it's the year of the Knicks, so I can't, at the
13:12end of
13:12the day, have playoff predictions and not put Knicks in the playoffs. I said I just needed to see him
13:18healthy after the ankle surgeries, plural, from the offseason, and he looked healthy in the
13:24preseason game against Green Bay, and I told you on Shine Time, that's all I needed to see.
13:28Bo Knicks, baby. Knicks tape. I'm excited for what the Broncos are going to look like,
13:34so that means no Chiefs in the playoffs. Now, I'm not one of these haters. I think that Mahomes
13:38is going to be fantastic. I think they'll win nine games. I just don't think the Kansas City
13:44Chiefs have the requisite talent. Frankly, when I say nine wins, that's because of Patrick Mahomes,
13:50because of Andy Reid, because I love Kenneth Walker. I thought that was an excellent pickup.
13:54I hate the receiver position. I think there's no depth in talent. I don't think the defense is very
13:59good. Travis Kelsey, obviously a little long in the tooth. Just got married. I don't know if you
14:05heard about that in the offseason. So, I have the Kansas City Chiefs missing the playoffs this year.
14:12And look, Kirk Cousins is officially under center for the Raiders to start the season,
14:18and that's where hope goes to die. And I'm not surprised by it, obviously. I mean, all the signs
14:23were pointing in that direction, and Clint Kubiak has been outspoken about that, even from the jump,
14:28but I just, the Ashton Genthy injury makes me nervous, and I don't think the Raiders are going to be
14:36able to ultimately function this year. And I love the offseason, love the new head coach, love Fernando
14:42Mendoza. The vibes are not there when you take a look at it for the Raiders. I think they will
14:48be a
14:49five-win football team this season. So, let's recap and take a look at my playoff teams out of the
14:57AFC.
14:57We have the Buffalo Bills. We have the Cincinnati Bengals, the Houston Texans, the LA Chargers,
15:07Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Denver as my playoff teams this year in the AFC. Up next, we're going
15:16to go to the NFC. Is it going to be Sean McVay's Rams or the field? Plus, stick around for
15:20my
15:20championship Sunday and Super Bowl picks and the award tour. Welcome back to Shine Time.
15:27Let's start our NFC division picks with the East. Let me tell you something. I am so fired up for
15:34this division this year. And I think the Dallas Cowboys are absolutely going to live up to the
15:40hype. We started the Dallas Cowboy hype train. Everyone else is now following soon. And this
15:46is going to be the year where the Dallas Cowboys win the NFC East. I am so amped for this
15:53because
15:54Dak Prescott is underrated. I ranked him as the sixth best quarterback for 2026 when we did our
16:01Shine Time rankings previously. I think that Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ferg at the
16:09tight end position, this passing attack under Brian Schottenheimer is going to rock and roll.
16:14I wouldn't be surprised if Dak Prescott threw for 5,000 yards. I think he's going to be top five
16:20for
16:20NFL MVP. I think CeeDee Lamb is going to be top three to five when you look at it for
16:25receiving
16:25yards. And give Jerry Jones credits. I mean, no drama this offseason. No contractual issues,
16:33no holdouts, no garbage, no nonsense. They brilliantly brought in Christian Parker to be
16:39the defensive coordinator. I think he is going to be superb. I love what they did in the draft with
16:46Caleb Downs, who's going to have as great a rookie season as anyone. I think that he's got
16:51rookie of the year written all over him. Lawrence getting to the quarterback. Quinn Williams is going
16:56to have a phenomenal first full season playing for the Dallas Cowboys. He's still, to me, one of the
17:02best defensive tackles in the entire league. I'm obsessed. Love Rashawn Gary, that pickup that they
17:08got from Green Bay. And they're better on defense than they were with Micah Parsons. I'll just come out
17:13and say it. So, I love the Dallas Cowboys this year. I think they are going to be dynamite. I
17:20think
17:20they're going to win a minimum of 12 games. I am obsessed with the Dallas Cowboys for this season.
17:27Eagles make the playoffs, but I have them as a wild card. I am concerned about Sean Mannion as a
17:33first-time offensive coordinator. I'm concerned about Jalen Hurts without A.J. Brown. I'm concerned
17:39about a change with the offensive line coach. I do think this defense
17:46is going to be unbelievable. I think Saquon is going to have a great season. I like Lemon at
17:51receiver, but I think the Eagles are loaded. Howie Roseman always makes sure that this team
17:57has a ton of talent. Listen, Jalen Hurts has been to a couple of Super Bowls, played brilliantly in
18:02both 1-1. I have so much respect for him. I just don't think he's great greats. And with a
18:10new
18:10play caller and, you know, issues thrown over the middle, I think, I think he's going to be strong
18:16this year. I think they're going to be off the pace in the division and Dallas wins by a couple
18:21of
18:21games in the NFC East. Giants win nine. I think the Giants are going to be a really good football
18:28team
18:28this year. I'm obsessed with John Harbaugh. I think Jackson darts being available and staying
18:33healthy is everything. I'm a big dart fan. I thought Harbaugh put together a phenomenal offensive
18:39staff, and I think that Jackson dart is going to have a truly strong second season. Malik neighbors
18:47got to be healthy. I don't love the depth at wide receiver. I don't like the overall talent at the
18:54running back position. I think Najee Harris is the one that has the most upside defense. I think is
19:00going to surprise some people how strong this defense is going to be. Pass rush is going to
19:05be excellent. I think they're going to be well coached. You know, no more nonsense now that they
19:09have Harbaugh running the show. They're going to be entertaining for the first time in over a decade.
19:14They're going to play meaningful games in December for the first time in a long time.
19:18Close but no cigar. The Giants win nine. I can't wait to watch the Giants play football this year.
19:24I think Washington stinks. I think the commanders are going to be dreadful. The offensive line
19:31looks deplorable. I feel bad for Jaden Daniels, but then again, he's more interested in protecting
19:37his number at LSU than he is, you know, getting ready for season three for the Washington commanders.
19:42I think the defense doesn't have the requisite talent. I think it is going to be a long year
19:48in Washington. NFC North. I think this division is going to be exceptional this year and I'm rolling
19:56with the bears. I'm actually surprised that they're not the favorites in this division.
20:00I love Chicago. I love Caleb Williams. He will be the first bear quarterback to throw for 4,000 plus
20:06yards in a season. I think Caleb Williams is going to be in the mix for MVP. I think the
20:11world of Ben
20:12Johnson. I think Colston Loveland is going to be one of the three best tight ends in the league. I
20:17think Burton takes a monster step forward at the wide receiver position. Caleb's got a knack, man,
20:23in terms of getting it done when it matters the most. He's a special talent, special player.
20:28Whatever it is, Caleb has it. I love this kid. I love watching him play. I think he's going to
20:35have
20:35a monster season and the Bears are going to win the NFC North. I like the Minnesota Vikings. I told
20:43you
20:43on Shine Time if Kyler Murray became the quarterback early in August that I would pick him to make the
20:48playoffs. Well, we're doing it. And I think Kyler Murray on a one-year prove-it deal coming from Arizona,
20:55he's going to work under the watchful eye of Kevin O'Connell, who's a quarterback guru, quarterback
20:59whisperer. And I think Justin Jefferson is going to get back to his form as the number one wide
21:05receiver in the NFL. I think Addison and Jennings had some great depth there at wide receiver.
21:10Line is solid. A couple of backs who can run. Brian Flores, phenomenal defensive coordinator.
21:16I think America's sleeping on the talent and coaching of the Minnesota Vikings. I love this
21:22football team. Look, the Lions have great top-end talent and their schedule is ridiculously easy.
21:29So this was actually, for me, the toughest team to predict because you look at the schedule,
21:33you're like, well, these should be wins left and right. It's like the Lions phoned the league
21:37and said, hey, can we pick our schedule? And the league said, you got it. I just don't trust Dan
21:42Campbell. I don't think he's a big-time head coach. I love Jared Goff. I love Jameer Gibbs. I love
21:48Amon Ross St. Brown. I love Hutchinson. They've got dudes all over the fields. The problem is Dan
21:54Campbell on the sideline. And I have the Packers in last place. And I think the Green Bay Packers are
21:59going
21:59to be dreadful this year. We've been through the schedule. I think that Jordan Love is solid. I
22:03don't think he's spectacular. Not having Micah Parsons first four weeks, at least, I think that's
22:08problematic. Without Josh Jacobs, that running back position is frankly deplorable. The defense does
22:16not have great talent. I think they start one and five in the first six weeks of the season. I
22:22think
22:22they win six games max this campaign. NFC South. Listen, this division is going to be
22:32something. I considered all four of these teams. And honestly, I think only two games will separate
22:39the Saints from the Bucs in terms of my NFC South prediction. I have the Saints winning nine. I have
22:45the Bucs winning seven. I have the Falcons and the Carolina Panthers each winning eight. I considered
22:50all four of these teams. I'm going to stay with the Saints. I love Kellen Moore. I love Tyler Shuck.
22:55I love Chris Alave. Listen, the Tyson injury makes me nervous, but I love Travis A. Chan signing him. I
23:04thought was absolutely terrific. I think that Kellen Moore will maximize his second year quarterback. I
23:09think the defense is underrated. I'm going to take the Saints to win the South. Look, I very much
23:15consider the Atlanta Falcons. If I knew Michael Penix Jr. was going to play week one, I might have done
23:20it. I love Penix. I do not like Tua Tungabailoa in any way, shape, or form. Obsessed with Bijan
23:26Robinson. Obsessed with Kyle Pitts. Obsessed with Drake London. Issues on defense in terms of a monster
23:33suspension, a monster injury. We're talking about the two first-round picks from a year ago.
23:39Kevin Stefanski is going to help. That's a big deal. Just get Tua off the screen. I can't look at
23:44him
23:45anymore. That's the main reason why I couldn't pick the Atlanta Falcons, ultimately, to win the division.
23:49Carolina, I feel like people forget they won the division. If I trusted Bryce Young more,
23:55I would have picked the Carolina Panthers. I think he's good. I don't know if he's great.
23:59Plus, in conjunction, they've had some offensive line injuries, so that scares me. Dan Morgan has
24:05loaded this cupboard in terms of the talent. I love McMillan. T-Mac is a terrific young wide
24:11receiver. I will take the Panthers to win eight games. Bucs, obviously, with Baker Mayfield,
24:17you know they're going to be in the conversation for everything. Baker playing on a contract here.
24:22Baker with a chip on his shoulder. But there's been something up all preseason with the Bucs and the
24:28Fives. Injuries, contractual issues. I have the Bucs finishing in last place.
24:34NFC West, I am rolling with the Rams to win the division. I'm taking the Seahawks as a wildcard team,
24:43the Niners not making the playoffs, and the Arizona Cardinals head last. Rams are an absolute wagon.
24:51This team is a machine. I'm obsessed with Matthew Stafford and Kuka Nakua and Stavante Adams and Sean McVay's
24:59offense and the tight ends and Kyron Williams and Blake Corum and the offensive line. And that's before you
25:05even get to Miles Garrett and Trent McDuffie and Aaron Donald and the young cats up front on this defense.
25:12I can't get enough of this football team. How less need put it together. 14 wins minimum for the Rams.
25:21This is not going to be a Hollywood flop. It's going to be a box office bonanza. I am obsessed
25:27with the
25:28talent, the coaching, the mentality when it comes to the Rams. I look at the Seahawks and they're an
25:34interesting team to kind of figure, right? Super Bowl champ in a lot of ways kind of flying under the
25:40radar and they lost Walker in the offseason at running back and Clint Kubiak called the plays and
25:45he takes the Raider job and lost a couple of players off the defense. But I still love Mike McDonald's
25:51and
25:52listen, I am a Sam Darnold truth. I am absolutely obsessed. I created the Sam Darnold bandwagon with
25:59my own bare hands. I still have the scars to prove it. I'm obsessed with Darnold. I love that he
26:06won a
26:06Super Bowl. I think he's going to have an even better year. Jackson Swift and Jigba special ball
26:11player. This team is buttoned up. They're buckled up. They have a great home field advantage. Sam, I am
26:18you freaks. Listen, I love when people start doubting our guy Sam Darnold. I think Darnold and the Seahawks
26:25make the playoff once again. 49ers. This was the toughest omission when you look at the NFC because the 49ers
26:35could easily win the Super Bowl.
26:37Or they're going to do what I believe and miss the playoffs and go eight and nine. I just I
26:43can't. I know the upside with Kyle Shanahan. I love Brock Purdy. I love Christian McCaffrey. I love Fred Warner.
26:50I love Nick Bosa. I love this team.
26:53I just they lead the league in stuff. The owner, the coach, Ayuk, Pearsall's done for the year. You don't
27:02know who's healthy. You don't know who's in, who's out. It's just not healthy to pick San Francisco to believe
27:11in them where you just can't trust them week in, week out. And then you have the Arizona Cardinals. And
27:16I love this organization.
27:19I love this fan base. I think they're going to win two games. I love Jeremiah Love. I love LaFleur
27:26as a choice for the head coach. I like McBride. I like Harrison. I don't have a great quarterback. The
27:32defense doesn't have the requisite talents. It's going to be a long, lean year in the deserts.
27:38NFC playoff team recap. Let's take a look one more time at what we projected for this upcoming season. I
27:46love the Cowboys. We're going Cowboys, Bears, Saints, Rams. And for wildcard teams, we have the Eagles, the Minnesota Vikings,
27:55and the Seattle Seahawks.
27:59Up next, which teams are advancing to the championship Sunday? And will the Seahawks ultimately repeat as champs? Plus, my
28:07individual awards still to come right here on Shine Time. Welcome back on Shine Time. It's time right now for
28:14my championship picks. Let's quickly recap my playoff teams in each conference.
28:41So who do I think is going to play on championship Sunday? Let's...
28:50Oh, I like that read. Don't stop. I'll have to do it again, Scott. Sky's the limit. I like Scott.
29:28We're back on Shine Time. And it's time right now for my championship picks. Let's quickly recap my playoff teams
29:35in each conference.
29:36AFC division winners. Bills, Bengals, Texans, Chargers, wildcard teams. Ravens, Steelers, Broncos.
29:45NFC division winners. We have Dallas, Chicago, the Saints, and the Rams.
29:51NFC wildcard teams. Philadelphia, Minnesota, and Seattle.
29:57So, who do I expect to see playing on championship Sunday?
30:01You asked for it. You got it. You see it right there.
30:05We are rolling with the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals, and we are going with the Rams and the
30:14Dallas Cowboys.
30:16The Dallas Cowboys will be playing on championship Sunday for the first time in 30 years.
30:27I love this team. I love this team. Absolutely love the Dallas Cowboys.
30:31And, listen, I think both these games on championship Sunday are going to be epic.
30:38I have a final score in the AFC, 35-31.
30:42I have a final score in the NFC, 35-31.
30:46With the winners, Buffalo and the Rams.
30:52I think we are looking at a Bills-Rams Super Bowl.
30:58I can't wait.
31:00And you want a Hollywood script?
31:02It's not going to be the Rams winning in their own stadium.
31:07The Buffalo Bills finally going to win a Super Bowl.
31:10My guy Josh Allen is going to be a combination of Paul Bunyan, John Elway, and Santa Claus delivering the
31:20ultimate present to Bills Mafia.
31:22This is going to be absolutely, positively sensational.
31:27I want to do that again.
31:29I...
31:29Fuck, I said that.
31:31There's too much on the prompter going up and down as I'm doing that.
31:36It's...
31:36Yep.
31:41I don't know.
31:42It was so good otherwise.
31:45So, what was in the prompter there, did you...
31:48Did you like the way I did that for...
31:52Um...
31:53Because it was a Super Bowl tee-up.
32:01Mm-hmm.
32:03Mm-hmm.
32:31Mm-hmm.
32:47All right, so just to go over this quickly, because, okay, because that, all right, something
32:57was good, all right, great, I'm great, ah, yes, we're back on Shine Time, and it's time for
33:13my championship picks, let's quickly recap my playoff teams in each conference, AFC division
33:20winners, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Houston, and the Chargers, wildcard teams, Baltimore, Pittsburgh,
33:26and Denver, NFC division winners, the Cowboys, the Bears, the Saints, the Rams, wildcards,
33:34Eagles, Vikings, Seahawks, so who is ultimately going to play on championship Sunday?
33:42You asked for it, you got it.
33:45I think this is going to be one of the greatest championship Sundays in the history of the
33:50NFL.
33:51Well, Joe Burrow versus Josh Allen, winner goes to the Super Bowl, and the Rams and the
33:58Dallas Cowboys, with the Cowboys playing on championship Sunday for the first time in
34:0330 years, honestly, I can't get enough, this is incredible, this is going to be amazing,
34:10in fact, I think both games are going to have the same final score, 35-31, and I'm going to
34:18take Buffalo, getting over the hump, against the Rams for the Super Bowl, the Bills and Josh
34:30Allen will get to the big game, take on the juggernaut Rams, in SoFi, on Valentine's Day.
34:39You wanted a Hollywood script, you're thinking Aaron Donald comes back and wins a championship,
34:45no, not going to happen, the Buffalo Bills are winning the Super Bowl, finally,
34:55for the first time in franchise history, I can't wait, Josh Allen is going to be a combination
35:02of Paul Bunyan, and John Elway, and Santa Claus, delivering the ultimate gift to the long-suffering
35:09fans of the Buffalo Bills, I think Josh Allen is going to have the season of his life, I think
35:15Joe Brady's the right guy at the right time, I've been outspoken saying this team couldn't
35:19win the big one with Sean McDermott, and that was part of the failures and the flops in
35:25the playoffs in the past, don't have to deal with any nonsense like 13 seconds ever again,
35:31I think Josh Allen versus Matthew Stafford, going to be the ultimate championship, nothing
35:39will derail our guy Josh Allen this season, Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills, monster season
35:46of monster Super Bowl from DJ Moore, James Cook getting it done, celebrate, jump through
35:53tables, eat the Buffalo wigs, I'm here for it, the Bills are winning a championship, next
36:02on Shine Time, we wrap it up with my NFL award picks, I just told you Matthew Stafford won't
36:07win his second Super Bowl, but is he going to repeat his NFL MVP, the award tour is next.
36:17Welcome back to Shine Time, I'm giving you my division winners, my wild card teams, my
36:21championship Sunday and Super Bowl picks, all for free, you're welcome America, and
36:27Canada, so let's wrap it up with the NFL award, so we get started with the NFL MVP, a lot
36:33of
36:33great candidates this year, I think Justin Herbert, Caleb Williams, Dak Prescott will all
36:38be in the mix among others, Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson going to have phenomenal seasons, Josh Allen
36:44season, baby, this is going to be the best season of Josh Allen's life, I just think that Josh
36:50Allen, as a thrower, as a runner, with Joe Brady not only just calling the plays, but now
36:56as the head coach, I think he is going to have a monster season, I think he's going to win
37:01a lot of tough games, a lot of road games, he's never won in Houston against that amazing
37:06defense, that will start this year, everything's going to go off on a right foot in terms of Josh
37:12Allen, you see the accolades throughout his career, I think he'll beat Patrick Mahomes
37:16in the regular season, beat Lamar Jackson in the regular season, this guy does everything,
37:22he will win his second NFL MVP this campaign, offensive player of the year, Justin Jefferson,
37:31I think Justin Jefferson's going to have a monster season, I think he's the best receiver
37:34in the NFL, he now has a quarterback in Kyler Murray who's going to get him the ball, I always
37:41for offensive player of the year, I don't like to project quarterbacks, I mean we give
37:45quarterbacks enough stuff, so I like to think about running backs, I like to think about
37:49receivers, I considered Bijan Robinson for this, Jameer Gibbs for this, Jonathan Taylor
37:54for this, Christian McCaffrey, but I just think Justin Jefferson is special and listen, he's
38:00an all pro, he's been the offensive player of the year, I voted for him that year, he's just
38:05special, I think he's going to have just a monster season, when you take a look at what
38:11he did the year that he won the offensive player of the year, you see the stats right
38:15there, leading the NFL in receptions and receiving yards that season, I think he's going to do
38:22the exact same thing, number one in all the categories that matter, I think his touchdowns
38:27are going to go through the roof, and we're going to start doing the gritty in honor of Justin
38:30Jefferson, I think he is the offensive player of the year, defensive player of the year,
38:36it would be Captain Obvious to say Miles Garrett, right, Will Anderson, I think Will Anderson
38:42is an absolute freak, he's a stud, this guy is unbelievable, he was number two on my list
38:47last year, I'm not just a host with great hair, I'm also a voter for these awards, he
38:51was number two on my list last year, I think he's going to have a monster season, I think
38:55he's going to lead the NFL in sacks, I think the Texans defense is going to absolutely
39:00explode, be the best in the NFL, Will Anderson Jr. is my pick for the defensive player of
39:06the year, offensive rookie of the year, this category is weird man, I was going to pick
39:11Jordan Tyson before he got hurt, he can't go with Fernando Mendoza, I don't think that
39:17Tate's going to get enough touches, I don't trust the quarterback in Cleveland where I could
39:23look at some of the wide receivers there, I voted last year for Gray Zabel who's an
39:27offensive guard, so, you know, we can go in a lot of different directions, I'm going to
39:33go with Jeremiah Love, who would be instant and obvious as my pick, if he was healthy during
39:38the preseason, he wasn't, so it gave me pause, I'll tell you who was runner up, his backup,
39:45Mr. Price, who I think the price is going to be right for him running the football in Seattle,
39:49but I think Jeremiah Love, let's assume health, because I want to, and I love, love,
39:54listen, I think Jeremiah Love, he's not a, he's not a running back, he's a weapon,
40:00hands, speed, likability, power, I think he's going to, assuming health, he's going to dominate
40:07this season, defensive rookie of the year, Caleb Downs, I am obsessed, I think he is going
40:13to absolutely rock and roll and dominate and thrive, he stops the run, he's a hard hitter,
40:18he makes plays, he creates interceptions and turnovers, I think there is a real chance that
40:26Caleb Downs is not only the defensive rookie of the year, I think he ends up being first team
40:32all pro, that's how special and superb I think Caleb Downs is going to be instantly for the
40:39Dallas Cowboys, that was not even a pick that I had to, you know, have any kind of deliberation
40:45or hesitation, Caleb Downs is my defensive rookie of the year, and finally, coach of the year,
40:52I'm going to go with Sean McVay, I think the Rams are going to have the best record in the
40:55regular
40:55season, I think Sean McVay keeping the train on the tracks with the Monstars and obviously with
41:01the gomps of talent, and a schedule by the way that's difficult, and I think McVay, he is so skilled
41:08as a leader, as a winner, and he's so great as an in-game coach, and he's creative, his offensive
41:15game plan is unbelievable, my coach of the year, my guy Sean McVay. MVP, we're rolling with Josh Allen,
41:24offensive player of the year, Justin Jefferson, defensive player of the year, Will Anderson Jr.,
41:30Jeremiah Love for the offensive rookie of the year, Caleb Downs for the defensive rookie of the year,
41:34and the coach of the year in terms of my prediction for 2026, we're rolling with our guy, Sean McVay.
41:42That right there, it's the show, if you missed any portion of the show, just do what I do,
41:46and re-watch the show over and over and over again, just go to our new YouTube page,
