00:00We have started two days orientation program for the freshly recruited staff in different carers here, from junior assistant to
00:08the CSO and other levels as such.
00:12So it was badly needed because they need to learn how to operationalize their skills, how to operationalize their working
00:18environment here.
00:19So these two-day workshop is being organized by the Center for Good Governance and Policy Analysis as we have
00:24a center here.
00:25And we have roped in a good number of people from outside who have good expertise in their fields.
00:31So I'm sure that the sessions will obstacle their announcement in terms of their understanding of how governance part has
00:38to be executed on the ground level.
00:41And there are multiple sessions on this and IUSD is at the forefront of making them to learn and understand
00:47how they need different nitty-gritties of the governance.
00:49I hope that in the future also we'll have many more such kind of workshops for both teaching as well
00:55as non-teaching departments.
