🌊🧊 An “ice tsunami” is a real phenomenon known as an ice shove.
It occurs when strong winds, currents or sudden temperature changes push large sheets of ice toward the shoreline of an ocean or large lake.
As the ice piles up and gets forced onto land, it can create a spectacular wall of ice that looks almost like a frozen tsunami. ❄️😱
