00:00I think if I manage the team, thankfully for all Yankee fans, I don't. But if I manage the team,
00:04I think I would think defense first. So that would mean like, I get it. Ryan McMahon really
00:09can't hit lefties, but I'm playing Ryan McMahon at third base. I'm playing Goldschmidt and Garcia
00:15at first base. I'm not putting Elio Ramos in the field once Judge comes back. And by the way,
00:21I think I'd put Spencer Jones in center field and put Grisham on the bench.
00:25Grisham, you know, for as smooth as he is out there, he's not covering the ground or getting
00:29as enough on the throws as he once did. Spencer Jones does seem like a little bit more of an
00:34impact option. Grisham's there for his on base percentage, but it's not there this year. It's
00:38empty. It's not where it has been. That's why he's, you know, you continue to bat him at lead
00:41off because of the underlying swing decisions, you know, the metrics that they see, the chase rate,
00:46that sort of thing. But it hasn't really translated. I get you can wait a long time trying to wait
00:50for
00:50the underlying metrics to come into the results category for Trent Grisham. But I think right now,
00:55looking at it, bigger impact on both sides of the ball. I'm with you. I think it's Spencer Jones.
00:59They have been playing a lot of these close games. They're not putting up big run totals
01:02consistently anyway. So what's going to pay more dividends? Probably clean defense.
