00:58And getting those fundamentals right has never been more important, ladies and gentlemen.
01:04Evasion remains a cyclical and highly exposed industry.
01:09Demand remains encouraging, but we continue to navigate fuel prices, as you know, forex, volatility, supply chain constraints, and geopolitical

01:21Fuel alone for MAG accounts for close to 40% of our total operating costs.
01:28To put that into perspective, every $1 increase in the fuel price has an impact at approximately RM50 million on
01:38our annual cost.
01:39We cannot control these external pressures.
01:42What we can control is how to be prepared to respond to them.
01:49This is why our approach to the next phase must be deliberate.
01:54Strengthening the parts of the business that improve our competitiveness, while creating products and experiences that customers value.
02:02So, MAG was supposed to start screening for cabin crew from August 18 until yesterday.

02:13Because you were supposed to screen 2,840 cabin crew.

02:22So, first and foremost, when the case arises, we have quickly managed as much as we can from the group.
02:31So, we have screened all our pilots in Malaysia Airlines when it was only 15th of August.
02:37We've covered more than 1,200 pilots.
02:39And today, we have covered all the pilots and cabin crew in Firefly.
02:44And we have covered 98.8% of our cabin crew in Malaysia Airlines as of yesterday.
02:51So, we hope by today, we should be able to cover 100% of our cabin crew.
02:55And with that, we have covered all our operating crew, both Malaysia Airlines and Firefly, across with regards to that.
