00:00who has been prepared spending 60 000 rupee per week he's getting artificial intelligence he's
00:10getting the most sophisticated labs he or she is getting the best of the coaching and training
00:18the teachers they are being paid in hundreds and thousands of rupees and there are students
00:24those have to compete in the same way those don't even have a one proper science lab
00:33it is a point to ponder and think upon it is a time to revisit
00:39this centralization policy and this merit and asking these medical colleges that they
00:49are not able to decide at their own that which student they want and which they don't
00:54or they become money making machines and the system will be exploited this is the only
01:01liver of control which we will provide and it will largely remain very bureaucratic
01:07somehow there is a fault line in that it has to be seen starting from the very
01:12the basic merit of induction of students to the medical colleges
01:20thirdly the challenge which my chief minister i see her navigating and
01:41and i just saw the figure sitting there when doksa was talking we are in
01:49a very short of beds in hospitals the number could not be given let's say 52 000 beds or 60
02:01000 beds
02:03and per million 562 beds and the international standard is 1.4 or 1.3 india is maintaining
02:14it is a large country with same poverty level with a certain populace which is very very rural but
02:23still they are maintaining 1.3 and we have 562 beds for 1 million so this is the state of
02:31affair which we have to deal and out of that 10 percent of total available resource we have
02:41462 out of 500 and something point 50 total allocation of health budget in 25 26 462 goes to the
02:54pays and expenditures and things of those whatever management you have so the developmental budget you
03:01have for new projects is shrinked just to 10 percent of the total education of the budget
03:10but this is a huge problem so how we have to deal with it
03:16only the spirit is not enough only the good intentions are not good enough
03:24one by one you take up the projects you start making it
03:28questions arises does this anachronistic health structure bureaucratic led health management
03:37will it work the answer is big no it cannot some bold political
03:45deceiving things are required as i saw this chief minister i hardly if i see something but i praise it
03:53otherwise i take things with a pinch of salt i'm a political worker i'm trained this way i have to
04:00look at the
04:02wellness and good being of the people if i see that the masses at large are good and accomplished i
04:09feel
04:09happy and i say something is happening that is right the huge political decisions
04:16in this one we have to go and tell us that the other part of the front is the
04:27side of the aim of the generations we have to look at the top of the government is
04:40We are going to be following the statistics figures.
04:45We are going to suggest that we are going to be a very successful result of our
04:58administration.
04:59We are going to be doing this by doing this.
05:04We are going to be doing this.
05:05We are going to be doing this.
05:07We are going to be doing this.
05:34It is still it is.
05:38Too little and too late.
05:42So what do we need to think?
05:46You as doctors, as students, I would suggest
06:15Every institution, I almost, a day or so, I go to different institutions
06:21because there's a huge appetite.
06:23People want to, from colleges to become universities,
06:27from institutions to become colleges
06:30and they think that I'm a person who has opened the door
06:34and nobody has to pay anything to anyone.
06:37there is nobody who can claim
06:39that if somebody deserves,
06:41I see it with my naked eye
06:43and I just earn people there,
06:46men there, ladies and doctors
06:48and students, I just see that
06:51and if somebody deserves a merit,
06:53I go for their charter of traditions.
06:57So, I would suggest
07:00that please do think of this what I have suggested.
07:03In the end, because I want you to have a lot of time, Doctor.
07:08I want you to be thankful for me
07:10that you gave me the opportunity
07:11and I got to talk to you with so many good students.
07:16Obviously, these are better from us.
07:19Every situation is better.
07:21Their education is better.
07:24Their communication is more confident.
07:26Their communication will be better.
07:28Their knowledge base is now very expanded.
07:33They are the people with more information today.
07:37Let me ask you for this.
07:53I have a little result of
08:15Thank you very much
08:17and wish you all the best in your
08:19this evening.
