Minecraft British Village Build: Country Manor, Tennis Court & Garden

Day five of building a British inspired village brings the first house to life, and it starts with a realistic touch: potholes in the road. From there, the build moves into a large country manor, shaped with walls, roof, a grand front entrance, big windows, roof windows, and detailed back and side extensions, including a double garage and a conservatory.  The manor is then connected to the village with a small gated track and a fountain in the driveway, before the front and garden are blended into the landscape with custom trees for privacy. The back garden gets side paths, more trees, a brick wall, an outhouse, an allotment, and even a tennis court, making this Minecraft British village feel more like a real countryside estate. 00:00Day 5 of building and British inspired village, where last episode we added the fields and roads

00:04around our farm. Today we'll be building the first house in the village, but before we get to that,

00:08I've had a few comments to add some potholes, and as I'm trying to make this as realistic as

00:11possible, we of course had to include some. Okay, onto the house now, and this won't be any

00:15ordinary house. Thanks to this comment, we're going to add a large country manor. After clearing

00:19some space, I started with the walls and roof to get the shape. From here, I added a grand entrance

00:23to the front, followed by some large windows either side. I also felt the roof looked a little

00:28bare, so I placed some windows up here too. After adding the windows to the back, I then built a

00:32small extension to the side, along with a double garage connected to it. I built another extension

00:36on the opposite side, this one a bit larger, complete with a small side entrance to access.

00:41From here, I detailed the lower half with leaves, just like these houses have in real life, and then

00:44I also wanted to have a conservatory, so I added one in at the back, and that completes our manor.

00:50Next up, I built a small track to connect it to the village, of course complete with a gate for

00:54security, and then added a small fountain in the centre of the driveway. From here,

00:58I detailed the front to blend it in with the surroundings, including some custom trees on

01:01the outside for the added privacy. It was time now to work on the back garden, and I started with

01:06two side paths connecting to the front. Now, if you're interested, you can download this world

01:14trees, complete with a brick wall just in front, and then built a small outhouse at the end of the

01:17garden for some extra storage. I filled the rest of the space with a small allotment, and no house

01:22like this is complete without antennas court, so I cleared some space and added one in around the back,

01:26and we're done. We're left for day six.
