Evil Dead Legend Bruce Campbell Reveals Incurable Cancer Diagnosis

Bruce Campbell has spent more than 40 years battling Deadites, but the Evil Dead legend is now facing something very real. The 68-year-old actor says he has incurable cancer and that doctors estimate he has about five years to live.

In true Bruce Campbell fashion, he's refusing to let the diagnosis define the time he has ahead. Campbell plans to keep making movies, touring and enjoying his life while he can, approaching an incredibly difficult reality with the humor and determination fans have loved for decades.
