01:07cloudy at all and suddenly these clouds appeared or this massive cloud formed out
01:17of nowhere and it's not a normal cloud it's a black cloud and this thing amazed
01:24her and scared her at the same time and here it makes us wonder what is it what

01:34this massive black cloud that formed over the Russian capital or over parts of the
01:41Russian capital Moscow. Some people say that this formed for a reason you saw you
01:47Ukraine recently struck oil depots in Russia and struck oil refineries in Russia and at that
01:58time a very large amount of smoke rose from the Russian oil depots and gathered in the
02:04upper layers and the smoke tends to be tends to be black smoke not white at all so a white
02:12cloud
02:12appeared a white cloud formed and it merged with these particles from the black smoke this is one
02:19explanation another explanation they are saying that maybe it's a new weapon being tested in Russia
02:27maybe the Russians are testing it maybe other powers have tried this weapon in Russia just like in the past
02:35many weapons were tested in Russia and in Syria
02:42and some say it's a strange phenomenon but the truth of what's really happening hasn't been revealed yet
