00:04Hello. Hello. I'm here with some news. You see, I have directed a new film. We've got a new movie
00:11coming out that we're very excited about. I want to tell you about it. It's called Power Trip. It
00:16is a short film. It's 25 minutes long. It was written by Matthew Kelly of Nando V Movies,
00:22produced by Academy Award winner Dan Jinks. It stars Amir Arison and Julia Nytel. I'm biased,
00:27but two of the best actors in the world. And as always, we made this with the great folks at
00:32Nebula. Power Trip is a contained psychological drama about a rideshare driver and a passenger
00:39in an intense situation. The whole film is set in one car ride. So we started working on Power Trip
00:45last summer. And as it was coming together and going through post-production, we were all thinking,
00:51this is turning out really well. Like, we think we've got something special here.
00:55And so we wanted to do something more than the usual release, putting it on Nebula.
01:00Last month, the film premiered at the Holly Shorts Film Festival in Los Angeles. And this month,
01:05and this part is the reason for this video, this month, we are teaming up with Regal Cinemas to put
01:11Power Trip in theaters. From September 24th to the 30th, the film will be playing every day at the
01:19Regal Essex Crossing in Manhattan. And after every showing, there will be a Q&A with the filmmakers.
01:24I will be at most of these. And also, just saying, the showing on the 29th will be my birthday.
01:31Also, after I shot this video, The Hollywood Reporter listed Power Trip as a contender
01:36for the Best Live Action Short Film Academy Award. So that's cool.
01:42So tickets are on sale right now. You can buy them at the link below. We are really excited to
01:47watch this
01:47movie with all of you, to talk about it afterwards. I can't wait to hear what you think.
01:52And so yeah, Power Trip, Regal Essex Crossing, September 24th through the 30th.
01:57That is all. I can't wait to see you there. Let's roll the trailer.
02:02I got a ride. Maybe a guy will give me a big tip.
02:10How's your night going?
02:11Just getting started.

02:16And mine?

02:18I guess I'm just a really good passenger.
